Assetware Manager is accredited by the ICAEW, and fully supports, IAS, IFRS, GAAP, GRAP and Sarbanes-Oxley accounting and process requirements.

Assetware Manager allows you to start with entering minimum identifying data for each asset. All other details can then be entered as they occur - costs (both capital and expense), depreciation policies, maintenance requirements, ownership, funding streams, deployment details and so. This allows asset data to be built up as the information about it becomes available, conforming exactly to the way you work

Asset data is available through different ‘views, so that each group of users (e.g. facilities, finance, IT)  has access to the information relevant to them. Password access and other built in security facilities ensure consistency and security of the data.

Data entry is fast and secure through the Data Gateway, supplied with all installations of Assetware Manager.  The Data Gateway is a spreadsheet-like form that enables easy input of asset information designed for each specific user or user group. The Data Gateway also provides an easy, secure and manageable way of supporting data flow from external systems, such as Finance, Helpdesk, Maintenance and Project software applications

Assetware Reporting Wizards are designed for those users requiring a quick click and print version of asset information reports. For users requiring more complex reporting, Assetware Reporter provides an easy way to produce fully customisable user-defined reports.
